Physio Club
Submitted 4 Aug 2026, 3:32am UTC
We need to create a practicelaunch website for Physio Club.
The staging URL for this site is https://dev.practiceedge.com.au/.
Site ID:
2568
Please connect to this particular site using Respira, and populate the fields for each appropriate page and post type using the information provided here.
Hard Rules (non-negotiable for this build)
- Write targets: Stylekit (Elementor kit colours/typography) + ACF field values on pages/posts only.
- Do NOT edit Elementor Theme Builder templates, widget settings, CSS, or layout (including Contact template typography, title_size, icon-box settings). If a field value does not render cleanly inside the template, fix the ACF value shape — do not alter the template.
Exceptions to template lock:
- Theme activation (publish/draft Theme taxonomy templates only)
- Header/Footer logo image widgets + WP custom_logo / site_icon
- Footer contact text/link widgets (address → GBP, phone → tel:, email → mailto:)
- Nothing else in Theme Builder may be edited.
- Contact Page: Embedded Google Map will go into the body content, NOT a Custom Field.
- Do NOT write to any ACF icon_picker / dashicon / icon fields. Leave blank. Never choose icons via Respira.
- Populate EVERY non-excluded ACF field with new practice-specific content. Never leave demo/sample copy.
- Staging write mode: direct edit is pre-approved for this full build. Prefer batch updates. Ask for human approval only for destructive deletes or ambiguous clinical relationships.
- All internal links must include the staging subdirectory (e.g. https://dev.practiceedge.com.au/book-online/), never root-relative /book-online/ alone.
- Loops are configured as date DESC, so please create / date posts in reverse brief order
- Do not delete/recreate live posts to fix order
- Acceptance: frontend order matches the brief table top→bottom.
- Why Choose / feature tile headings must be unique within the page; duplicate headings = failed audit.
- For every looped post type, set BOTH WordPress Featured Image and the matching ACF tile/profile image field (Services/Conditions: service_condition_loop_tile_image; Team: team_profile_picture; Blog: featured image). Use the same media ID for both. Fail the build if either is empty or a demo/sample asset.
Scope
Update pages: Home, About, Services gateway, Conditions gateway, Blog gateway, Book Online (if nominated).
Create/update post types: Team Members (if nominated), Services, Conditions, Contact Pages, Blog Posts (if nominated).
All pages/posts need Yoast titles & meta descriptions. Australian English. Match template content volume/format. Prefer optimised WebP images with SEO-friendly alt tags. Grid column counts must suit item counts. Do not select icon_picker ACF fields.
Build order: (1) Theme activation + template cleanup, (2) Stylekit/logo/favicon, (3) Team members, (4) Services, (5) Conditions, (6) Home/About/gateway pages, (7) Blog, (8) Contact + CTA verification, (9) final Yoast SEO pass.
ACF Completeness
- Populate all fields except icon_picker*.
- After write: audit for demo phrases (“Lorem”, “Sample”, “Practice Launch”, placeholder phone) and overwrite.
- Relationships: produce Service↔Condition table once, then publish.
Stylekit & Brand Assets
Theme
Theme 01
Only one Theme's templates should be Published; others Draft. Leave Universal templates untouched. Activate theme before content population.
